Splash, also known as Katak, was born at Marineland Ontario. She was transferred to Sea World in April 1992 being just 2.5 years of age. Splash suffers from epilepsy which Sea World controls with anti-seizure medicine. Splash measures about 17.4 feet and weighs in at 4,800 pounds (2001).
